Out Of Body Experience Guide

An out of body experience, or what some people refer to as an OBE experience is what I would describe as when you experience a sensation of floating outside of your body.
This can be interpreted as just simply a dream, but in my experience there's more to these experiences than that.
The OBE experience has been scientifically proven and it usually takes place when the person is near to death The astral projection or OBE in my experience is where people seem to get confused about, you see I think that a lot of these people who say that they have experienced an OBE experience has just had a dream, as I don't think that all of these people have had a near death experiences. Those people who do claim to have experienced OBE have actually been able to describe what is in the room and what has taken place there There are loads of sites on the internet that will promise you how to have an astral projection experience in super quick time for a small fee, steer clear of these sites as they are mostly in it for the money and not to share the actual experience.

In my experience almost anyone is able to have an OBE journey but most of the ability has been forgotten.
With a bit of practice you can soon get the ability back.
A lot of people that I know have had an OBE encounter by using drugs especially the ones that affect the part of the brain that brings about a beep trance.
People that have a mental or emotional trauma may also be susceptible to OBE, physical trauma or coma may also bring about one, sometimes it just happens out of the blue and other times it can be done intentionally You don't need any special equipment to achieve an OBE all you need to be able to do is to be able to focus and concentrate on absolutely nothing, you need to empty your mind totally, and the sad part of this is that most people have forgotten how to do this basic thing.

It's believed that when a person's astral body is able to leave the physical being even for a short time he is well on the way to have a full OBE experience, this is because you have already subconsciously told your mind to let go, but remember if there's the slightest incline of fear the OBE will not happen. A lot of my friends that practice OBE actually also practice self-meditation on a daily basis and so do I, it really does help.

You also need to find a quit room where you will not be disturbed as you need to empty your mind completely, you need to let your whole body relax and concentrate on your breathing, eventually you may feel a tingling sensation, don't be afraid this is normal, it's the astral body leaving the physical body, try to forget about all the natural thoughts of this is wrong, just go with the flow and remember just concentrate and breathe. In my personal experiences I also feel vibrations and my heart rate start to beat faster, but again don't be afraid this is all normal, you need to encourage these feelings.

If you do all these things your astral body will leave your physical body and to your amazement you will be able to look back upon your body.
Then you can do virtually anything and go anywhere you wish. Friends of mine have said that it ended too quickly, I think that it ended this way because you become scared as your astral body moves further away from the physical body and you realise that it's not just a dream.
