Out Of Body Experience Guide
An out of body experience, or what some people refer to as an OBE experience is what I would describe as when you experience a sensation of floating outside of your body.
This can be interpreted as just simply a dream, but in my experience there's more to these experiences than that.
The OBE experience has been scientifically proven and it usually takes place when the person is near to death The astral projection or OBE in my experience is where people seem to get confused about, you see I think that a lot of these people who say that they have experienced an OBE experience has just had a dream, as I don't think that all of these people have had a near death experiences. Those people who do claim to have experienced OBE have actually been able to describe what is in the room and what has taken place there There are loads of sites on the internet that will promise you how to have an astral projection experience in super quick time for a small fee, steer clear of these sites as they are mostly in it for the money and not to share the actual experience.
In my experience almost anyone is able to have an OBE journey but most of the ability has been forgotten.

Then you can do virtually anything and go anywhere you wish. Friends of mine have said that it ended too quickly, I think that it ended this way because you become scared as your astral body moves further away from the physical body and you realise that it's not just a dream.

" "Stay out of the sun." "Use sun protection." "Use sunscreen even when you're just going outside as a normal part of your daily routine.
" Of particular concern is that almost 25% of your child's lifetime sun exposure will occur before they turn 18.
Since overexposure to the sun can lead to premature aging, skin cancer and a weakened immune system, it makes sense to protect your child as much as possible and educate them at a young age about the sun's potentially harmful effects. Since you personally won't be able to supervise your son or daughter at camp, you should confirm with the camp director that sun safety is a significant part of its risk management plan, especially because sunburns are injuries which can be prevented.

When my little girl turned 5, I took her to the store to buy her first pair of grown-up shoes. These were shoes that she got to pick out herself.

She glanced at the black shoes, but they were very similar to other pairs of shoes that she had at home.
She saw the running shoes, but she instantly labeled them as "those sneakers my brother wears." Finally, she landed on a pair of pink shoes.

The best part of the pink shoes that my little girl found was the beautiful bow that decorated the front. She immediately pointed to these little Mary Janes and asked that she try them on.
Actually, she asked to buy them right then and there and I had to explain to her that all shoes had to be tried on to make sure that they are comfortable and fit well. We waited patiently for the clerk to come with the new pair of shoes for her to try on.
As soon as the shoes were on, a big smile spread across her face.
She loved them and she couldn't get enough.
She ran over to the mirror to look at her feet and admire the little lacy ribbons on her beautiful pink shoes.
That was when my little girl fell in love with shoes and the color pink all at once.
My daughter is now fully grown-up and she now buys ladies pink shoes. She has about 10 pairs of pink shoes in all different shapes and styles.

Kids and Building Self Esteem
The one thing that I have noticed in interviewing kids is their lack of self esteem. They are insecure little people who need reassurance most days that they are OK.
The "professionals" say do not give too much praise when kids are growing up because they will expect it when they grow up.
Do you like praise and compliments? Of course you do and so do I.
Do we receive much praise and compliments? Tweens, ages 8-12, do not have much reason to have self esteem when you think about them. They have their permanent teeth growing in weird; they have pimples; they have scars, cuts and boo-boos and do not quite know what to do with their hair.
They can look in the mirror and see that the girls do not look at Hanna Montana and the boys do not look like one of those cute guys. Physically, it is not a pleasant stage in their life to go through and self esteem is low.
Surveys have determined that the Tweens, because of their low self esteem are attracted to materialistic stuff called "bright shining objects". To take the attention off of themselves they pressure their parents, and grandparents, into buying them the latest cell phone, iPod, laptop computers, Wii, XBox and clothes/shoes.
Why not make a kid feel good and give them a compliment or praise them in something special that they achieve.
By the way, do not make up phony praises - a kid can mark a phony ten miles out.
I do not think they will be spoiled and who knows you may even help them build their self-esteem.
And, as an adult why not find another adult and give them a compliment - it will make you happy and will make them happy.

'Cars' Birthday Party Ideas
There is a lot you can do with a cars theme party.
You can base it around your child's favorite characters or part of the movies, or just do cars and trucks in general! One thing is for certain that this crowd is going to love a lot of noise and action, so lots of fun activities, as well as time for play is a must.
The cake There are also at lot of options for the cake.
If you are creative, 3D replicas of a favorite character look great and there are store bought Lightning McQueen replica cakes available, but our hint is to have a second cake for eating! You could also make a large rectangular cake and decorate with chocolate icing, chocolate crackle boulders and licorice strip roads, finish off with small toy cars for decoration.
Or perhaps multilayer round cakes with a 'road' going up the layers.
An easy option is a round donut shaped cake, decorated to look like a tyre with toy figures around the top. There are also lots of great cake toppers available, you can also have them personalized with your child's name or age. Simple cup cakes with red icing and small checkered flags on toothpicks also look great on a stand.
The food Anything that can look like something to do with cars, or car accessories, works for this party.
Traffic light biscuits, which are rectangular biscuits with red, orange and green m&ms on them.
